Writing for characters.
I need to feel them as real, and they are best when I don't understand the character very well. This gives me room to explore the character. Goat is not exactly a complex character, while my version of Alice is.
Someone helped define her better as a drug user or using a whip. Someone also thought my Alice was way too nice. That is not true in the bath tub scene. It begins to get a bit steamy in there. Also she walks away from the Tall Thin Man rather than hold to him for support.
I think she went to her house to get away from Wonderland and Less Wicked Land? But then escapes into her weird garden and loses herself by watching Cat Woman on TV. Should I bring her back or not?
