Student at Santa Barbara goes on shooting rampage..

People is this not obvious what is happening with California Universities and to some extent California youth.  It is clear to me at the age of 45 having been near 2 universities recently that we have a true crisis now.  I will say this again: A TRUE CRISIS NOW.
