Almost completely avoid sugar

Include beef in your diet, even a little each day.

Avoid chicken almost completely

Avoid highly spicy food

Eat bread you enjoy

Eat cheese once in a while

Eat yogurt often remember not with sugar

Drink vegetable and fruit health smoothies in moderation with simple ingredients.

Eat eggs if you want

Drink only organic milk

Consume red fruits

Drink tap water not bottled water

Avoid alcohol a lot

Avoid cigarettes

Eat and drink more than you talk about it

Fat is not bad unless you are getting large.
