That if Jesus were alive today he would not be too happy with most Church's.
Jesus was about fulfilling the old testament. He was very much a Jew, and he was seen as a radical like Socrates. He was willing to stand up as anyone does who feels righteous indignation to wrong doing. Perhaps he is still ahead of his time and a bit much for a worldly world. He was speaking about the old testament though or trying to is my opinion. Most of what I have said is just opinion and you can simply disagree with it all you like.
