If some people have a lot of anger to release how do some people refuel their anger so easily or what makes a bully?

Is that a way to explain zombies

Zombies don't care about peoples feelings

They don't get it that others have them

So from a zombies perspective there is no wrong being done

It is essentially free lunch

To protect yourself then don't go where zombies congregate

Signs could be put up that say Caution: zombie zone ahead
