This is why smiling is not common nor hugging and I hope I am wrong.

I wake this day with a understanding about my new environment.   I believe that the people who are older got rich for a reason besides inteligence and greed.  I believe that some people here can be a bit aligator like.   Meaning that they can be a lot more ruthless and self serving than they appear.  So they might have an ability to go for the throat when given the advantage.   Then to cooly acumulate more power and control beyond what should be considered acceptable while being under the radar of suspicion.
