How to feel alive each day I ask myself? How to feel alive but not stressed or negated?

First there is physical and mental health and safety.
 
It is the first things first.
 
But beyond that?
 
I feel that I need to know the mud is always around and it is not a clean and totally safe world out there where people are playing nice all the time.
 
There are limits and rules.
 
Beyond that is a large frontier.
